We grow crops following the biodynamic agriculture principles with complete absence of chemical products. The land is virgin, and grows between the old rows of vines around the house. The vineyard is treated with the old method of Bordeaux mixture (copper-sulfur-lime) and the foliar fertilization with seaweed and trace elements, like the olive grove. The garden is fertilized with compost produced in the farro with the addition of ash wood from our fireplace and the forest soil.
